This represents more than a doubling of size from the firm’s previous home. The move has positioned Lloyd Mats to continue its leadership in R&D, manufacturing quality, sales volume and customer service.

Founded in 1974 by Lloyd Levine, the employee-owned company (ESOP) has grown to be the aftermarket’s largest manufacturer of custom carpet mats and now offers seven distinctive mat product lines. They are manufactured in-house using CAD/CAM technology to design and cut materials to the exacting specifications required for a perfect fit.

In addition to using various materials to provide a wide range of price points, Lloyd Mats has licenses to produce embroidered mats for 17 different automotive brands, and also offers over 750 trademarked, lifestyle and personalized designs.

With recent concerns over OEM floor mats interfering with the safe operation of vehicles, it should be noted that in addition to testing the fit of all CAD patterns, Lloyd Mats is the only manufacturer to provide mechanical anchoring devices on all of its products.
