Penta Motorsports has introduced a new series of forged steel connecting rods for Porsche applications.

Manufactured from E4340 vacuum melted chrome moly steel forgings, the Penta rods are of a race-proven H-Beam design and very competitively priced.
Manufactured in an ISO 9001:2000-certified environment, Penta rods are heat-treated, precision CNC contour machined, and thoroughly shot-peened to provide additional surface integrity.

Rugged 220,000 PSI rod bolts are employed. These 3/8" bolts have been specially developed for the Penta rod by industry leader ARP® and utilize the proprietary ARP2000® material.

To assure that Penta rods are race-ready quality, each one is carefully magnafluxed, inspected, and measured for accuracy. All measurements are documented on an inspection card that accompanies each rod.

Available for most popular Porsche engines ranging from 2.4 to 3.8L applications, the rods are shipped in matched sets. A handy, reusable molded plastic carrying case is used to ensure safe shipping.
